Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. Shipping Information Items will be delivered via Ground Transportation. Delivery rates are based on the approximate weight and size of your package per address. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies All product in new condition may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. No returns or exchanges on clearance items. No returns on custom vinyl products. Shipping cost on returns are to be paid by the customer, original shipping cost will not be refunded. When returning an item, repackage the item including all packaging material and tags. Include with the packaging a copy of the receipt, your reason for returning, and contact information. Please contact us regarding any questions that you might have before returning your products.
